Frequently asked questions
Can I add self-checkout on its own?
Yes. Self-checkout is a module at €29 per month on the Start and Store plans, and is included in Chain.
How does the risk score work?
Kantex looks at factors such as the number of manually selected products, cancellations and the time between scans. You set the threshold.
Can customers scan with their own phone?
Not at the moment. Self-checkout runs on a fixed self-checkout terminal in the shop.
