Connect your AI assistant to Kantex Retail via MCP

With the MCP connection, Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent can ask questions of your own Kantex environment: sales, stock, tills and self-checkout. You decide what is allowed, and you always confirm changes yourself.

Questions about AI and MCP

What is an MCP connection?

With the Model Context Protocol you connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own AI agent to Kantex. You decide which data and actions are allowed.

Which AI clients can I connect?

Claude Desktop, Claude.ai via a custom connector, ChatGPT via connectors (where available on your plan) and any other MCP client, such as Cursor or VS Code, or your own agent.

Can the AI assistant change anything by itself?

Not without you. Tools that change something only prepare a draft. It only goes through once you confirm it in Kantex.
